Today I want to give you something to think about. You change your thoughts, you change your life; everything changes with a decision.

So it is with your health, make a decision to better your health. Your life depends on it. 

Food for thought: Let's start out small and end big. Small baby steps will help you to stick with the healthy plan you have created for yourself, so you won't revert to old eating habits. Have a nice, healthy meal and snack on some fruit instead of cookies, chips, and candy. Feel the difference in your body. Once you experience a feel-good, you will never go back. Nothing like feeling better.
